From Onboard to Bulletproof: The First 90 Days
Traditional company onboarding programs are designed to meet the needs of the company. This program is designed to meet YOUR needs.
During the first 90 days of the program, we'll focus on guiding you through integration into your new role.
Every session is one-on-one with me, Pat. And all of our coachings are customized to your experiences. The corporate machine isn't a one-size-fits-all situation. We both know that.
Together, we'll begin to identify the key relationships that must be built within the company during those early days.
As you continue onboarding into your new role, I'll help you accelerate assimilation and we'll create the strategies needed to navigate the new culture and effectively build your internal brand.

The Next 90 Days and Beyond
After the first 90 days and once you're feeling more comfortable in your role, we'll begin to dive deeper into the Bulletproof Methodology. The shift will happen gradually. Typically, during the last 90 days of the sessions, we are focusing about 20% on your internal role and 80% on Bulletproofing.
