We use artificial intelligence tools, including Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI), to help with internal work such as drafting content, summarizing call transcripts, organizing frequently asked questions, analyzing quiz and survey responses, and preparing for coaching sessions. Information you provide, such as call transcripts, quiz responses, or membership responses, may be processed by these tools for those purposes. We do not allow your information to be used to train these AI models. We do not use AI tools to communicate with you on our behalf; messages and replies from us come from Pat and our team. We do not use AI tools to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. A person on our team reviews AI-assisted work before it is used.
We share personal information with Service Providers only as needed to operate the Services, under contracts that limit their use of it.

Remember your preferences, such as login details.
Help us understand how visitors use our websites through Google Analytics.
Tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent. Some parts of the Services may not work without essential cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Where required by law, such as in the EU and UK, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where required by law. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no further change is needed. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no common standard for them.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. In general:
Membership and account information is kept while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so you can rejoin and so we can meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
We are based in the United States, and our Service Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you are in Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or a Service Provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
You have rights over your personal information, and the specific rights depend on where you live. Wherever you are, you can update your profile in the membership platform, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and contact us at [email protected] with any request.
Email [email protected] with your name, the email address you use with us, and what you are asking for. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, usually by confirming details we already have. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We will respond within 45 days (30 days in Canada and the EU/UK), and we will tell you if we need more time as allowed by law. We will not discriminate against you, charge you more, or reduce the quality of the Services for exercising your rights.
If you live in California or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and others), you may have the right to:
